Obituary: Bobby C. Chapman, age 73, of Mt. Olive, Alabama, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2009. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and a retired Captain in the U. S. Army. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Joyce Chapman; daughter, Vicki Gregory (Bobby); sons, Michael Chapman (Kim), David Chapman (Kim), Gregory Chapman and Stephen Chapman; 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Sims. Mr. Chapman’s graveside service will be held 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at Fort Benning Main Post Cemetery. Published in Columbus Ledger-Enquirer on August 30, 2009.
